Explanation of Fees and Charges:
Australia has some of the highest bank fees in the western
world. ILR does its best to keep our prices competitive
and reasonable for both our local and overseas customers.
The 5% we charge on credit card transactions covers the fees
charged to us by paymate.com. The $12 AUS we charge on
cheques not in Australian dollars is the fee the bank charges
us to clear the funds.

Explanation of Payment Methods:
Cheque or International Money Order
We can accept a normal cheque from you, drawn on your local
bank, in your local currency for the equivalent amount in AUS
dollars. Cheques should be made out to "The Newcastle Youth
Radio Association" (our parent organization). If you wish you
may alternatively send an IMO (International money order)
made out similarly. Write your account number on the back
of the cheque and post it to "Accounts, Ison Live Radio, PO
Box 532, NEWCASTLE NSW 2300 Australia". Processing of your
order is considerably faster if you send a bank or cashiers
cheque, although local banks take at least 60 days to clear
overseas funds so it will take that long before we release
services or goods. Alternatively you can have a cheque drawn
on an Australian bank in Australian dollars overseas and send
that to us, although your local bank may charge you a fee.
WE CAN NOT ACCEPT US POSTAL SERVICE MONEY ORDERS
as they are not negotiable in Australia.

Bank to Bank Transfer
You can also transfer the money directly into our account from
your local bank anywhere in the world. A bank to bank transfer
occurrs when your local bank transfers funds via computer
directly to our bank. Be aware however that the bank may
charge you up to $40 US. You will need the following details:-

Please send us an email as soon after the transfer as possible
to let us know you have made it. You should receive a deposit
