We send each of your CDs with bio individually then telephone each music director on your behalf to plug the song of your choice. You'd normally pay up to $600 AUS per song/per station for this service in Australia, but we're able to do it for $44 AUS per CD as we're often in contact with local MD's anyway. This service is professionally targetted and optomised for small hard hitting runs of 10 - 20 CD's of any given release.

Paying is EASY:

OPTION 1: Pay by cheque or IMO

Theres no need to worry about the complications of sending money overseas, as we can accept a normal cheque from you, drawn on your local bank, in your local currency . Cheques should be made out to "The Newcastle Youth Radio Association" (our parent organization). If you wish you may alternatively send an IMO (International money order) made out similarly. (processing of your order is considerably faster if you send a bank or cashiers cheque).

OPTION 2: Or even simpler! Direct Transfer

You can also transfer the money directly into our account from your local bank anywhere in the world. You will need the following information:-

Its often a good idea to drop us an e-mail to let us know that distribution material is on the way. Our best advice is to insure your post and please don't send cash in the mail as WE can be prosecuted for it.

STEP 3: Check list All ready to go? Please take a second to double check the items on this list.

1) Is the cheque made out to the "Newcastle Youth Radio Association" or have you emailed us a notification?
2) Have you written "For promotional use only" on your parcel and is the declared value less than $1000 AUS?
3) Is the address written exactly as above?
4) Have you dropped us a quick email to let us know your CD's are on the way?
