Ausradiosearch TV Distribution
When making your customs declaration / insurance please do not quote a
value higher than $490 AUS (approximately $260 US) or you may need to
pay an additional fee before we can clear the parcel through
Australian customs. You should also include an invoice from you to us
stating the value, in an envelope marked "invoice" attached to the outside of your
parcel (if you need help with the invoice please don't hesitate to email).
You can pay the fee in any currency by a cheque drawn
on your local bank for an equivalent amount to $550 AUS. The
cheque should be made out to "The newcastle Youth Radio Association"
(our parent organisation). You should include your payment either inside
the parcel with the videos, or mail it seperately in an envelope.
You can also pay by credit card
(Please adjust the amount in multiples of $550 AUS if you want promotion to more than one station)
We have the industry contacts you need to get your video clip to the
right people down under. Radio is a great way for people to hear
new music, but why ignore the many possibilities that television
also has to offer independent music.
You will need 3 videos in total per station:
(your local video
duplication company will understand these requirements so print out
this list and take it with you!)
1 X Mini DV (PAL)
1 X DIGITAL BETA (Australian format)
