All prices include delivery. Delivery on 1 and 12 watt units is via Australia Post Parcel Post. Delivery on 30 and 100 watt units is via courier. Please allow up to 30 days for delivery.

For us to comply with the law, you will need to post or fax us a photocopy of the apparatus license issued to you by the ACMA prior to shipping. Please plan your purchase up to 60 days in advance of your first on air date, to avoid any potential shipping delays.

Units are factory preset to the frequency you have been assigned. We will contact you for your frequency assignment(s) prior to shipping. This can be changed later if your assignments change without fee, however you agree to meet the postal costs of sending the unit to us and its return to you.

Any claims for warranty repairs may require payment of shipping costs by the purchaser for us to return equipment on their behalf to the wholesaler.

All units require a broadcast antenna which is not included. Units MUST NOT be operated at any time without an antenna. Antennas are available (depending on power output) starting from a basic mast suitable for 1-2 watts at $990. All transmitters and antennas will need to be installed at your transmission site by a qualified technician. Where necessary, our support department can liaise directly with your local technician to ensure that transmitters are installed correctly at your site.

AUDIO TRANSPORT TO YOUR SITE

If your actual broadcast site is some distance away from your studio you will need a means to transport the audio signal from your studio to the transmitter at the site. ZFM Countrywide provides 24/7 audio delivery to radio broadcast sites using cutting edge managed technology and solutions. We offer either real time delivery using OMEGA or VRUA delivery (Very Remote Updating Audio) using ROVER. Our solution is turn key: for a quoted establishment fee our technicians will install either an OMEGA or ROVER receive link unit at your broadcast site. We will then install the appropriate send link at your studio. Both units are remotely monitored and managed from our technical centre.
