HOW DOES IT WORK Using our system is simple. Once you have an Account number you click the link above and browse the available voice talent. You choose the person your interested in and click the 'audition' link to see their profile and listen to their voice. You can do this at anytime without obligation, whether you're contemplating giving them an assignment or not. At the bottom of each voicers profile page is a field for your account number (starting with VB-). When you want to order a voice job from this person you just type in your account number and click the 'order' button. Your account number is verified and then you are taken to the job details page. Here you must type in your password, details of the job (and copy if necessary), the format you want the completed job in (eg. .WAV .MP3 or via courier on CDR) and the latest you need the job done by. Please note each voicers profile contains details of when they can have a job completed by in hours. The job is then sent to us for processing. All voice work must be paid for prior to us commissioning it with the voicer, however for your convenience you can pay immediately via credit card. OUR RATES Their are two scales of rates. If a voicers profile says "Standard" you pay the rates scheduled below. Otherwise each voicers set rate is quoted with their profile. STANDARD RATES FOR INTERNET DELIVERY Straight dry Read 20sec. - 60sec. $330 AUS Straight Read 20sec. - 60sec. with music bed and/or FX $380 AUS Complex production We charge an hour out at $660 AUS, we quote you a price based on the number of hours determined necessary in consultation with the voicer prior. The authorised contact person may at their sole discretion, provide these details to other persons within your business or organisation. CANCELLATION To cancel a voice bank order you must TELEPHONE the sales department on (0427) 091387 (during Australian business hours) within a reasonable amount of time after ordering. In most cases the order can be cancelled within the original 24 hours. Outside this you may be required to pay for it regardless, particularly if you have requested complex production. If the order is cancelled within the appropriate time you will be refunded your payment, less any fees charged for credit card or cheque re-processing. Refunds are paid by cheque in the post. DISSATISFACTION If you are reasonably dissatisifed with the voice product with which you have been provided you are entitled to refuse payment. You may not however order work to "see how it sounds" and then claim dissatisfaction. It is expected that you will have made the relevant decisions at the point of listening to the voice bank members audition sound file. You will be refunded your payment, less any fees charged for credit card or cheque re-processing. Refunds are paid by cheque in the post. Any use of the completed product after refund will represent a breach of copyright and in the event as a condition of the refund you agree to not broadcast the product and to delete or dispose of any copies of it you may have in your possession.
