You will notice that as you change each selection drop down menu that the Robot folder contents box below them changes its contents. Similarly to the source contents box on the left, the destination contents box on the right represents the contents of the selected Robot folder.

You can preview any audio file in any robot folder by clicking it in the contents box and clicking the play button beneath. You can stop the play back by clicking the "stop" button or let it play its full length and stop automatically.

Destination (Right Click Options)

If you hold the mouse over the destination library area and right-click you have access to additional options.

Add Song Tags--By highlighting a song file in one of the song library folders you can quickly apply a general song tag to it. In order to apply a song tag, naturally you need to have audio to use as the songs tag. You can use audio imported from the library left, or the Quick record module below it. You can add a forward or a Back tag.
Delete-- Delete an audio file from a library folder by highlighting it and left clicking delete.
Rename--Rename an audio file in a library folder by highlighting it, then left clicking rename. This will place the current name in an edit field below. Click "OK' to change the audio files name. If you click "OK" but don't change the filename (ie. Leave it as it is) you will receive the error message "filename can not be copied onto itself" - this is normal.
Copy--Highlight an audio file then left click copy to copy it into the buffer.
Paste--Paste the audio file in the buffer into the currently selected library folder.
Quit--Leave the right-click menu.

You can also print a list of the audio files contained in each Robot Library folder using the
Print button next to the "Play and "Stop" buttons at the right hand side.

Search Import--You can find an audio file, or audio files that match your keyword in the left or "Source" of the library screen. When the search is completed the results will appear in the drop down list beside the search button. You then have the option to add the item selected in the search results drop down to the current library folder, or add all of the results.
