• Whilst we take all reasonable care we can not be held responsible for any damage that may occur to your masters, whilst during our personal care or in transit via Australia Post. Whilst your masters are with us for transfer they are stored away from magnetic sources in our locked laboratory which is fully air-conditioned and climate stabilized.
  
• If for any reason we are unable to complete your order for technical reasons we will return the masters with a full refund less the return postage.
